About Marta Bohn-Meyer

Marta Bohn-Meyer (1957-2005) was a NASA aerospace engineer, research pilot, and aviation pioneer whose career helped advance aerospace technology and flight research. She worked at NASA's Dryden Flight Research Center and became one of the agency's most respected research pilots and engineering leaders.

Bohn-Meyer participated in numerous flight research programs and served as chief engineer for NASA's X-38 Crew Return Vehicle Project, an important spacecraft development initiative. Her accomplishments helped pave the way for future generations of women in aerospace, engineering, and flight research.
