We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph each item. Because many collectibles are vintage or previously handled, items may exhibit age, wear, toning, creasing, fading, handling, or other condition characteristics. Photographs are considered part of the item description.

Autographs and Authentication

Authentication information stated in a product listing applies specifically to that item. Items may be accompanied by authentication or certification from independent third-party authentication companies or other documented sources.

When third-party authentication is identified, Always Autographed does not control or independently guarantee the opinions, policies, or future determinations of that third-party authentication company.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice. Because many items are unique or available in limited quantities, placing an item in a shopping cart does not guarantee availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if an item is unavailable, was listed with a material pricing or description error, or cannot reasonably be fulfilled. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
