Offered is an authentic six-signature hand-signed "Spoiling The Party" aviation print personally signed by six veterans of the legendary American Volunteer Group (AVG) Flying Tigers:

About the Flying Tigers

The American Volunteer Group (AVG) remains one of the most famous combat aviation units in military history. Organized under the direction of General Claire Lee Chennault, the Flying Tigers arrived in China before America's formal entry into World War II and quickly became a symbol of Allied resistance in the Pacific.

Flying the legendary Curtiss P-40 Warhawk, the AVG developed innovative tactics that allowed them to successfully engage Japanese aircraft despite often being outnumbered. Their distinctive shark-mouth fighters became internationally recognized and remain among the most iconic aircraft of the war.

The Flying Tigers' combat success, courage, and pioneering spirit continue to inspire aviation enthusiasts more than eighty years later.

About the Signers

David Lee "Tex" Hill (1915-2007) was one of the most celebrated Flying Tigers aces and one of the most respected fighter pilots of World War II. Credited with numerous aerial victories, Hill became one of the most recognized figures associated with the AVG and later served with distinction throughout the war.

Ed Rector (1922-2018) was among the original Flying Tigers pilots and participated in some of the AVG's most historic operations against Japanese forces in China and Burma.

Robert Keeton, Peter Wright, Robert Layher, and Charles Mott were members of the remarkable organization whose service and dedication helped establish the Flying Tigers' legendary reputation.

Together, these six signatures represent a rare collection of original AVG veterans and preserve the legacy of one of the most important fighter organizations of World War II.
